BOARD COMMITTEES

The Lincoln Parish School Board shall authorize the President to appoint such special committees as are deemed necessary and approved by the majority of the School Board.  The functions of these committees shall ordinarily be fact-finding, deliberative, and advisory, and their reports shall be made to the School Board for discussion and action.  The function of such committees may be legislative or administrative when so authorized by special action of the School Board.  The President of the School Board and the Superintendent shall be ex-officio members of all committees.

The following committees may be organized to assist the School District:

            Finance

            Personnel

            Building and Grounds

            Executive
