BUILDING AND GROUNDS SAFETY INSPECTIONS

All buildings and grounds owned, operated or maintained by the Lincoln Parish School Board shall be inspected monthly in an attempt to identify any possible safety hazards.  Such inspections shall be conducted by the person or his/her designee responsible for administering any Board programs or operations conducted on said premises.  For example, each principal shall be responsible for inspecting or having inspected the campus for which he/she is responsible.

These-safety inspections shall be reported to the Board's safety coordinator in a format developed by the safety coordinator.

The maintenance department will be notified immediately of all hazards identified during the safety inspections.
