EQUAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
It shall be the policy of the Lincoln Parish School Board that the school district shall place an equal emphasis upon the nondiscriminatory provision of educational opportunities for children and no person shall be excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of any education program or activity on the basis of race, color, disability, religion, creed, national origin, natural, protective, or cultural hairstyle, age, or sex. All programs offered by schools within the school district shall be open to all students in compliance with statutory and judicial requirements.
