The Lincoln Parish School Board desires that staff and students of Lincoln Parish benefit in every feasible way from resources provided by the colleges and universities of our area.  The Superintendent is to keep the Board informed of all opportunities for shared and cooperative services between the parish and institutions of higher learning.
